Finding a trusted technology partner can be a challenging proposition. Whether you are seeking to hire an outside firm to do application development, technology services, finding a new SaaS tool, or a vendor to build out a new conference room space, it is difficult to break through the sales process and identify your trust needs and a strong fit. In this session we will review options for creating a strong RFP process and ideas for how to best conduct the proposal review to reach the strategic and budget goals that best serve your organization.

At the same time you still need an IT infrastructure that provides ease for your business operations. This is a huge topic, this session will touch on ideas for how to approach this at your agency. We will also discuss specific policy recommendations and IT criteria.
